Established in Rethymno, Crete in 1997, Amalia Makrydaki and Partners specialize in the sale and purchase of real estate. We assist our customers during this procedure by offering all the services necessary for the owners of real estate in Greece. We advise on loan procedures in Greek banks as we are legal representatives of the National Bank of Greece and have excellent connections with other major banks. Our office collaborates with professionals involved in the purchase and development of real estate such as civil engineers, architects, construction companies, accountants etc.
Amalia Makrydaki studied at Law University of Macerata, Italy and graduated in 1995. She has been registered with the local Lawyers’ Bar Association since 1997 (reg. no. 114). Her Law Firm was founded in 1997 and specializes in property law and conveyancing. Since establishing her practice she has been representing foreign and local individuals and companies investing in Greek properties and has also represented several international companies. She has worked as a professor in the Police Academy of Rethymno for four years. She is a legal representative of the National Bank of Greece.
Ourania Psycharaki studied at Law University of Democritus of Thrace, Greece and obtained a masters in “Criminal Law – Criminal procedure”. at the National University, Athens followed by postgraduate study Political Sciences of the University of Crete and received a second masters in “Political Analysis and Theory”. She registered with the local Lawyers’ Bar in 2005 (reg. no. 164). She worked as a professor in the Police Academy of Rethymno and in the Department of Musical Technology and Acoustics of the Technical College of Crete. She is a legal representative of the Attica Bank.
Despoina Tsimbuka studied in the Institute of Professional Education of Rethymno, finishing her studies in 2001. She has worked as a secretary in the Commercial Chamber of Rethymno and in a Financial Consulting Office. She works as the secretary and personal assistant in the law office AMALIA MAKRYDAKI AND PARTNERS since 2010.
